Chapter was actually better than I thoght it would be from the spoilers. But anyhow, can't wait for next week to see what Kinkaku in jinchuuriki form could do. But I still would love to see either Naruto or Sasuke just jump in.

My goodness, I have started to feel shame for the bad guys. I mean, they are so weak and easily managed that they can stand a fight. I haven't seen such an unbalanced power since the first chapters in Naruto, when Naruto was in a different level from Sasuke and he was just a talking fool. These brothers looked badass and now one of them is sealed the other one is transformed into they kyubbi, but the next chapter is going to be sealed for Konohamaru and his crew. Hehe

I don't know why Kishimoto is trying to save everyone. It's almost a fact that the girl and his brother are going to survive this sealing. Damui is going to marry Samui and all of them will get old happy. This is a complete dissapoinment IMO.

Waiting on Naruto And Sasuke to come into the fray though.

I understand what you are saying. However, you are one of the probably hundreds or more that think the same and underestimate the top shinobis of the alliance. I mean, they didn't make Darui general for no reason and we didn't know much about him until now. Kishimoto had to do this for that very reason. He had to show why Darui and others are named top shinobis from the alliance. Unfortunately, for Kabuchimaru and Madaras forces, they have had to face the top tier shinobis right off the bat. And of course, you have to remember the strategy and battle tactics and positions were made by Konohas genius and the father of next generations genius, Shikaku Nara.

So I think this is Kishimoto displaying the forces of the alliance top shinobis and the battleplan of Shikaku Nara who is known as a tactical genius. As I always like to say, without knowledge and preparedness, strength is nothing but an empty bubble. And it looks like the alliance is much more prepared and has better tactics then Kabuchimarus and Madaras forces has.

I know and I have to agree with that, but the Nara boys didn't know about those brothers, either who were going to be their opponents, they just thought the best strategy with their own knowledge, without going to the field and you have to agree that no matter how good you plan you can't predict the future without knowing who is going to be your opponent. Right now, what the generals do, it's by themselves. I mean a top guy in Naruto verse is Kakashi and he couldn't defeat Kakuzu, so now Darui is fighting two people with Kakuzu's level with secret weapons and he managed to defeat one of them and is almost sure that is going to defeat the other.


In theory Kabuto resurrected the top shinobi, but I think Pain by himself have killed more people with his tech in Konoha that this whole army of summonings and white zetsus.

True. However, each time a shinobi from Kabuchimarus forces attacked, the alliance had someone who has faced those shinobis before and/or know about them as well. Zabuza/Haku were disrupted by Kakashi and company. Sasori was faced by Kankorou, Deidara was faced by the Tsuchikage who knew very well about Deidara and his technique, now the Gaku brothers who were from the Cloud village are facing the top tier shinobi from the cloud itself in Darui who also knows very well about the weapons they are using...So not only is preparedness, and strategy obviously much more enforced by the alliance, but they have the knowledge necessary to defeat these unreal powerful shinobis, but luck is also playing in their favor.

That's my point, Alliance have been too lucky. They have the correct way to overcome and defeat their enemies. Kabuto and the Alliance didn't know what they were facing, in fact Kabuto had more info about the adversary. But, Kishimoto is driving the battles in a way where there wasn't anything to be afraid of war. They are winning in every field and front. Because, a random plot where they were their perfect opponents or they know their weakness.


I think the only way that this could become interesting is; The alliance defeats the summonings without so much effort, they think they won the war. That could fit what you said, that the alliance had top shinobis. But, after that moment appear Madara and Sasuke and they annihilate the army, they prove how powerful they are. Then, the kages, Naruto and Bee have to defeat them.

In every good story there should be a cliffhanger, a moment where everything is lost.

My thoughts exactly. But at least something good comes from it, we now know for sure all these impure world summons aren't full powered. Imagine how broken it would be to see Kabuto summoning Nagato and then using outer path of heavenly whatthefuckever. Or summoning Itachi and using that invincible Susanoo.

It was a decent chapter. I liked it. Regardless of how seemingly easy the allied shinobi's are defeating the summoned shinobi... But I truly have to believe that yes they are better prepared than Kabuto or maybe even us readers knew. Some of these summoned Shinobi know nothing of their opponents, where as the allies do. I think MA touched or even said as much in one of his earlier post. But it really will be interesting to see where this all goes... even though I am itching to see more Naruto and Sasuke ....I guess I will have to wait and see what Kishimoto sensei does.

It really was a good chapter one that I can was full of surprises, I didn't know that Kumogakure No Sato had such scary Shinobi and the Rikkodu Senin had such weapons, how Kumo got hold of them is a thing of wonder, then I remembered they have been accused of amassing "too" much power in the past by other Hidden Ninja Villages (especially by Iwagakure No Sato), especially with the stunts they pulled in Konoha the first in Chapter 498 when they kidnapped Uzumaki Kushina and when they went after the Hyuuga's Byakugan which caused bad blood in the Clan,what other things are they hiding after the Kin-Gin Force was unveiled,Darui really held out and went out of the limp for his comrades, I hope they defeat the monstrousity that now faces them....I'm dying to know of what happened to Kakashi's Division against the full fury of the Seven Katana weilding Legendary Shinobi of the Mist/The other Bloodline Limit Shinobi arrayed against them....
