Greatest battle of all time eh, well I think that Naruto vs Goku would be awesome for a really powerful battle. And for people who don't use any powers or anything I think that Kenshin(Rurouni Kenshin) vs Ishikawa Goemon(Lupin the third) would be a pretty cool fight.
