Want to make your Firefox browser load your pages even faster

Follow these instructions :

1. Type "about:config" in the adress field.

2. Set the value of network.http.pipelining boolean "true"

3. Set the value of network.http.pipelining.maxrequests integer 100

4. Set the value of network.http.proxy.pipelining boolean "true"

5. network.http.max-connections integer 60

6. network.http.max-connections-per-server integer 32

7. network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy integer 16

8. network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server integer 8

Now right click => then select new string => nglayout.initialpaint.delay 0

I accidently pasted down " nglayout.initialpaint.delay 0" on the first part of it, and on the second part, I just wrote zero -_- How can I delete thatline? I made a proper one - Its like this right?
1st: nglayout.initialpaint.delay
2nd: 0

No,

1 => about:config

2 => delay 0

you can also install a plugin for firefox called Faster Fox, you can find this on the mozilla homepage

i think ill just use faster fox instead, if its just as fast.

It works if you use FireFox.

last time i did this it messed up firefox and it tried to load stuff too fast and ended up missing out several images on each page.. so be warned it might mess it up if your connection is fast

finally got firefox to reset, I had to uninstall it and delete firefox profile file on my comp, then I redid the steps and figured out my mistake now works like a charm, and ash13, I think you can get it on the mozilla web page, in firefox addons just search for fasterfox, I think thats what its called, hope this helps, also there are lots of videos on how to do this on this site http://www.metacafe.com/ (search for firefox).

thnkz everyone, i just downloaded and installed faster fox, i notice its a little bit faster, not that much change

i got a problem with the latest version of firefox the 1.509 one.

I,m getting lots of scripts errors and i dont know how to fix them.thee previous version did not hve these types of problem.
