Pretty nice 4 been a newbie!
U can download some brushes in deviantart.com
Try to brush ur sigs, thats would make u sigs looks nicer

And please dont make ur sigs to large!
Can u make the sig ur using smaller?

Thanks for the info,(not sure what you mean brush my sigs, I used flame, and grunge script brushes) you mean like over the pics maybe?? Let me know I want to get better. Oh and is this size a little better?

Not bad for a first cept all the white blotches around...they just look too random.If you wanna add texture like that,keep it in the background,and the pictures and text on the top layers.

Nice try but the der r too many black box so if u decrease a little bit of black stuff den it will look nice, I think!!!!!!

What i mean with brushing is that u brush like ur BG(background)
example:

Then u can fix some colors in ur brushed BG using the "grandient overlay" or "Color balance"
Layer -> Layer style -> Grandiet overlay
Ctrl + B = Color balance
Ctrl + U = Hue/Saturation

pic and background doesnt go well, try to reinforce the egges on you're pics and try to get rid of the blue around some of you're stock

i agree. also, have something in the foreground, too much is alpha'd.
however, i'm PS illiterate, so good work, and work with styles.

uh not bad for your first try i did it one my fisrt try and it showed only part of the picture that i cuted out.
