Well I don't know abt Jiraiya but he can most probably beat Tsunade tho... cuz if he gets to know the weakness of Tsunade which is blood den I will just have to use his Sharingan and do a powerful genjutsu to beat the heck out of her in the Moon world or watever u call it. And as for Jiraiya I think Jiraiya is the one who can probably defeat him cuz he is a master at discovering stuff and don't forget he was the sensei of the Fourth Hokage who is similar to Itachi. But I can't say for sure cuz der has not been a fight against him and Jiraiya. So.... dats all for me...

Well for the answer I would say dat Itachi will not be able to defeat both Gai and Kakashi at the same time but if something like dis happens he will probably retreat. He can defeat dem at the same time by hiding himself and using M. Sharingan on Kakashi and disabling his powers and den Attacking Gai from nowhere but I don't think dat can happen cuz in order to use M. Sharingan u have to be constantly seeing the enemy's eyes soo... Dats all for me...

id have to say that his Sharingan although using the Mangekyou Sharingan hurts his vision so id have to say his fire style jutsu
all uchia are adepts at them so i figure he has kage (or above) level fire jutsu also it seems he like genjutsu alot to so i bet he has some pretty good genjutsu as well
