This is my sugesstion.
To be to the next level is hard. So this is the way, in NC i cant see any sensei.
if everyone in lvl jounin(30) become a sensei take 3 academy student and bring them to batle with another jounin with 3 academy student.

academy student 1 \ / academy student 3
academy student 2 \ / academy student 1
academy student 3 \/ academy student 2

is that mean someone with lvl jounin must here!!!

i think this is very difficult to do it just forget about it. if demon want to do it he try to call academy student by it self i think....hahahaha

get an admin to do it for you then~

i think we should set something up for academy students to battle each other - it'd be easier to gain lvls that way, and exp~
