um you need alot more practice oe in else what blackecho would say "not bad for a first try, try downloading new brushes word with you're shadows"

not to blow up you're spot looks like you took one of the wallpapers made smaller and
did brushing over what the wallpaper said" if you did that, thats lame you should try and
not steal other peoples work

the picture doesn't look that fancy. You need more brushes because all i notice is a whole bunch of blue dots. You could also try making neji blend in more with the background. I think that would help alot. Uhh the bacground u have currentyl could be better. Go to devianart for more brushes. they have a ton that will help alot.

I dunno what's up with the graininess, but it ruins both your signature and avatar. Not to mention I've seen that picture, and you simply just pasted it onto the sig (or that's what it looks like, since the original pictures BG is blue). Forgive me if I'm wrong about that, but that's what it seems like. I'd recommend fixing that painful graininess.

That looks like some hardcore MSPaint usage going on in your sig, you really got the paint airbrush tool down, what a magnificent background, good job!
