First of all you have to stop and think about the demographics of these 2 networks. Nickalodeon is generally meant for younger children. Cartoon network on the other hand is more or less has cartoons/animes for teenagers-adults. I myself love anime, so I usually only watch Adult Swim.

i would say nick owns CNW because CNW has just turned a bit childish >_<
