i think its not on the bankai form

Its compressed ban kai form allows superhuman speed. That's basically what it does because it's not as flashy as normal ban kais.
aww you would think the creators would make the main characters sword the best of em all wiht something really flashy and cheap

Um... isn't the bankai form just old man Zangetsu? Sorry, I don't have a pic w/ me...
the old man never showed his Zangetsu in ban kai mode.... he just showed ichigo how to compress and shoot his spirit energy
ichigos ban kai is the bomb... even though i was a little disappointed that its not super flashy and cheap like monkey said
I think I like it better that its not cheap and fashy, that just makes him even more badass.
I like the color of his ban-kai.. but the shape is not very good (looks too normal). 
does it even have a shape?
man this topic is full of spoilers. I don't wanna see his bankai, only in the anime

Yeah, the shape isn't very special but still Ichigo's ban-kai's great!

AW MAN. I'm only watching the anime but heck, I like his Bankai. It's very slick in my opinion. ^^ Can't wait to see what it does!
