i was curious to other peoples opinion on this matter no spoilers for those who dont read or arent caught up but is anyone else mad that they cant take these "death-matches" seriously?

dude the bounts died, grimmjow died, espada five died the primo espada died, the bad guys in the fillers usual die, etc there is death in bleach

Grimmjow's not dead. You can't prove it and Strawberry-kun saved him from Nnoitra, remember? He's probably just on the battle field still. lol

It's idiotic on how no good guy has died yet.

Thats why they are Shinigami and they have the power to die again and again. 13th Squad Second seat Shiba Kaien is long since dead and I can say that he is a good guy right? Maybe Ichigo is a reincarnation of him or something like that the Author has not unravelled any information on this yet? But it puzzles the other characters that had a personal relationship with him.

Some shinigami's have died e.g. nameless ones from hollow battles over the years, so they can die. What people here are saying is no "good guy" has ever died, they always are a hairs breath away but get rescued at the last minute/healed/raped by every hair brained deus ex machina technique that Kubo can come up with, so they never die. It takes away all the drama from the story and fights when you can be 100% positive that the good guy will pull through every time.

People do die in the series, but its true that not one good guy has died....yet...I think maybe when someone does die, it will be someone that will shock us all..
