NarutoCommunity's Official Graphic Battle 2009

For the 3rd time NC's is hosting a graphic battle where everyone can submit their art to bring home the (imaginary) trophy!
Remember folks, you do not need Photoshop, GIMP etc. to participate, you are able to submit photographs, paintings etc. as well!

How do I submit my art? Send your art to me using the PersonalMessage(PM) system, I will not participate so don't worry!
Questions and suggestions will be posted here!

Deadline: July 31st. The voting will start 1-2 days after the deadline.

Contester's rules:

● Picture/Art size: no limit. This is not a signature battle so you are able to post wallpaper such as.
● Nude arts? We have a lot of under-aged members so the answer is no.
● 1 member/person, 1 submission, no exceptions!
● Animated pictures are acceptable.
● You are able to change your art, the deadline is when the voting starts!

● Members with less than 50post are not able to vote.
● You cannot vote for you own art!

I'll enter it just to get the ball rolling since I hear you guys need participants. Although it will be an old sig I made because I don't have photoshop anymore (Hence why I've requested a couple of sigs for myself to use here).

I submitted a banner that i just made today. and i have one question. Will the entries and contestants be posted here???
