First.

Nice episode. First half felt wasted but it gives a insight into Oro's past in some ways why he's so crazy.

Great episode!!! Even if they did put some things that weren't supposed to be there for the first half! I liked the way they showed Naruto, Tsunade, Jiraya and Itachi feeling something had happened. Also for some reason it was relly nasty seeing this animated!! LOL so much more than in the manga.

so Oro is gone? just like that? wow that I still can't believe it man, here's a guy that killed the hokage dude, wow... also I liked the flashback to his early life in konoha

Wow R.I.P 2 Lord Oro....Sasuke is a beast. Long live the Uchihia Clan death 2 all who oppose us.

pretty sick episode....even tho there wasn't much action..i thought it was pretty good...cannot wait to see what happens next......woo hoo

o and i thought these subs were pretty good...this new group again seems fine

finally Oro is gone.. but it's just a bit tad easy for sasuke to do him so effortlessly that its such a let down action wise...
here's oro with his flash back of obtaining so many forbidden jutsu being killed off by a bloodline sharingan...
plus he was an ex-member of the "strong" akatsuki who so easily and quickly defeat bijuuu...
what'll happen to kabuto n the many lab/hideout oro created??

i' no reader of the manga series.... but how come it's the baddie getting stronger so fast??
1)Sasuke is near potential to challenge Itachi..
2)The akatsuki so easily snub off the leaf country anbu look-out team...
3)Tsunade, kakashi and jiraya seems fragile and weak
4)The leaf ninja seems inexperience to face the coming challenges
Most importantly,
5)How come sasuke grown so powerful while Naruto is still so limited in all areas...

can't wait for the rest of the naruto anime story for answers...

^ It's usually the case for most stories that the bad guys are really powerful, and get powerful quickly, but in the long run are always weaker. Makes for better drama.

On a side note: I felt the way they drew their faces in this ep was kind of ugly.=/

I have to agree with you Oro was a sublime character who frankly desevered a better death than this..i thought that when i read the manga and i might add that i feel this episode did his exit a lot better than the manga did too,i liked seeing his decent into madness even if it was a bit on the short side.

Yeah it was a bit anti-climactic for the arguably most evil character in the series, and definitely the creepiest villain. Oro gave me chills the first time I saw him, and he's still the sickest bad dude in the Narutoverse in my opinion.

To off him in 2 episodes, surrounded by a bubble bath and then a giant slug? Come on, Kishi, you're better than that. I wanted to see an epic battle.

Really a bit of a letdown, after slogging our way through so many fillers. Loved the flashbacks, but the battle ended way too quickly for my taste. Ah, well...I'll wait eagerly for the next epic battle in hopes that it will be longer and better.

I agree, 2 ep's for the (in my opinion) baddest, most creepy, scary, ultimate badguy to die, very disappointing!
AND he's got the best voice actor in the whole Naruto-world!
For me it almost feels as sad as when Asuma died!

And Sasuke with a lot of new techniques - and some sort of ultimate that was suggested (can't remember) - and Naruto has one ultimate that can destroy his chakra flow?!

O well, I'm still rooting for Naruto all the way!

But i guess it had to be cause ORO's body was at its absolute limits.

the 2 episode DEATH is kinda a GOOD sign. We're covering more manga chapters per ep, which means the anime is FINALLY speeding through the story

It was a quite good episode for shippuuden, a lot better than the most fillers stuff anyway.

I finnally see Oro dead (serves you right b***h!!!), but it could be told a bit longer, just 2 eps isn't enough for such epic fight!

Can't wait for the next one, it sure will bring more action!!!

i loved it it showed background to orochimaru cant wait for the next episode. Go suigetsu

the episode was great i think that 3 hokage said to orochimaru that the shed of white snakes shell is good and bad luck so it was bad luck for 3 hokage jiraya and tsunade and good luck to orochmaru
