I agee with Craeyon your best friend for a while, used to be on your team, and now has switched to the evil side. Of course he'll being thinking of him to get him back.(Like he's doing right now)

I think Naruto just treasures friendship a lot. To him, friends are really important so he doesn't want to loose any of them. And being his first friend, he just cherishes Sasuke even more. And Naruto believes in Sasuke. He knows that one day he will come back and be the same person he was back then. So he's going to wait for him and hold on to him forever. He just can't let him go after all that they have been through together.

From the beginning, they couldn't stand eachother. But it slowly grew into more than that. They have a rival type relationship, always wanting to exceed one another. They both acknowledge eachother even though they fight. They have a brother like bond too. Best frenemies!
