I got it too. To be honest, NC has very few of these. I was surprised to see one just like 16 months after joining.
Do not worry. I'm sure spam bots are permabanned.

Same here, if any of you get any similar PM's in the future do not open any of their links, reply or anything and just PM a mod. If you followed his links you will likely get a keylogger/trojan etc etc so be careful
