Plot Summary: Jing may appear to be a young boy, but he has remarkable skills that make him one of the most feared thieves on the planet. Along with his feathered partner Kir, Jing travels from town to town, stealing anything of value (to him) regardless of the amount of security. But when he's in a pinch, he has one more trick up his sleeve: Kir bonds with Jing's right arm to perform the effectively deadly "Kir Royale" attack. Jing is infamously known by many as the "King of Bandits."

Jing- isn't exactly a person to stay in one place, he keeps his head on his shoulders, is always on top of things, always confident and re-assuring, though he is a thief, the best thief at that, he doesn't simply steal from the poor, or just go off stealing money. He doesn't care for gold, or riches, for starters if he did care about any of it, he could steal it at any time, and why steal, something you have no use for? he could just steal what he needs/wants anyway, in fact in some occasions he could be considered a hero, I'll let you all be the judge of that when you watch the anime
Kir- Jing's partner, he's been Jing's best friend since Jing was about 10 years old(you won't find this out without watching the OVA, or hearing it from someone)
He's a gentlemany sort of bird, he loves to flirt with the ladies, impress them, a charmer I guess you could put it he's always at Jing's side when he needs him, he's quite a reliable friend.
