cubism....in games?......im intrigued
*points dramatically*

could you give any examples of said cubist games?
and as for 360 vs ps3. Your completely limited to whatever boundaries are set by the manufacturer, you cant upgrade specific components or overclock it.....not that you could ever overclock a 360. they manage to overheat spectacularly enough on their own.....
Unless, they slap a bigger hard-drive in it, make it a few mm smaller, and add a stupid suffix onto the end of it, like micro or elite, then make you spend a bunch more cash buying that...yeah, consoles ftw <_<
By Cubism, I am sure he meant using more polygons. About the consoles being limited, yes they surely are limited. But why haven't developers completely used the full potential of these consoles? They say that they are using 100% of 'their' own resources but they aren't able to use the full potential of the cell processor inside PS3 or/and the power of ease in Xbox 360. Every year we see better and better games. Graphical the game looks better every year but sometimes they lack in gameplay, though the developers most of the times advance themselves in graphics. That's all I can think of but yes, you are right that consoles are limited to manufacture though developers don't utilize the complete power of that console until or unless they have advance resources of themselves and/or the console is in its dying years.
But anyways, back to the topic: LOL! Nice comparison -sarcasm-.
