This is already up in my personal album and in the Neji Fc. But I drew a chibi of my Naruto OC (Eishou Ten'on) in a flowery field with a bunch of Neji plushies and I colored it. I used traditional mediums and then Adobe Photoshop to make it pretty. And to add text.

Yeah lol I know its bright and I did mess up on the legs and other stuff. I really should have sketched it out with pencil first instead of just using marker to do the lineart x.x haha.
