No.. it's the place that Naruto went... in the realm of the Toads... Pa is the guy teachning Naruto and his actual name is Fukasaki ( I think that's his name)
oh yeah thats right yea its fukasaku actually but you were close sorry bout the mistake 
Fukasaki is the one who taught Naruto in the Land of Heavenly Toads (Japanese name). Myoboku Zan is the Realm.
