Anyways They added random fites, like the gay-sensei style fighting w/ crowman and kakuzu

Meh. Not sad to me at all. I didn't really care about Asuma-sensei. I only watched it for Hidan-kun and Kakuzu! XD Hidan-kun calling the leader a "sh!thead" XD Good stuff! Gotta love Hidan-kun!

overall a decent episode....sad to some degree but i wonder why kakuzu was worried about the black sword? anyone know? so basically now based on the scenes from next week it seems like to me that only naruto remains as the last one with his demon, am i right without giving out too much info as to what happens? and i thought it was cool we got to see the nose of the "shithead" leader lol

I thought he only smoked once they got back to konoha. After Asuma was 6 ft. under.

nah naruto isnt the last one having a tailed beast,there are still others.

and dangermouse no,he did smoke after asuma died,i checked the manga after watching the anime as i was curious.

kind of sucked cos it was only 1 puff and it couldnt be shown.

Well He was worried because the crows are blck and there were a lot of em blocking his view.... but he would recognize a white or grey or other coloured sword easily but a black sword attacking him while he can only see (black) crows.... understand ?
He just was surprised that someone attacks him with a black sword while he cant see more as black crows

cool thanks, thats what i thought but i was wondering if maybe there was some other significance to the black sword, like a jutsu or something maybe legendaryesk lol

This episode sucks! All that was shown was Asuma dieing and hist crying. What a waste of time. The only thing funny and interesting were bad words from Hidan's mouth.

Nothing more to say about it. It sucked and I really hope that the next ep wont!

P.S. It was overfilled with stereotipes - the rain started as soon as Asuma died. Shikamaru tripped oh his way to Asuma... But the best was "I really, really hate cigarettes!" Like they killed asuma!!??

Like most here I agree, this sucked, don't really care about Asuma, didn't hate him as a character, but is one that isn't that important or that you'll miss (unlike his old man). Sayo00000naraaaaaaaaaa.

Yes, Shikamaru not smoking sucked bad, actually was one of the parts I was looking forward to was him smoking, it gives a whole lot more depth than just saying "I really, really hate cigarettes!"
I can't believe they would remove that because of that reason, I mean come on there's a whole bunch of little kids smoking already, and Shikamaru's like 16 right? These kids are in elementary, so ya that sucks. I hope he does it when he does what he does on the up-coming episodes (manga readers know what I'm talking about).

Funny parts though which I liked specially Hidan that's one funny psycho..I stopped reading the manga after Naruto's scene I just thought it was so awesome that I didn't even finish reading that chapter because I didn't want to ruin the anime, so that's basically what I'm waiting for.

Shikamaru is useless I would pick Neji over Shikamaru any day of the week.

After seeing Asuma's new ninjustu he ends up dieing... what a waste. Too bad Shikamaru didn't die with him as he deserves, because the guy is just weak and useless.

The funniest joke here was when Asuma said that Shikamaru would make a good Hokage.... wtf is that **** all about?? Shikamaru sucks big balls, he's F@#$ useless when it comes to hand to hand or ninjustu combat. The dude is a douche bag.. Asuma must of been on crack when he said that **** to him.

This episode was a downer mainly because a good character who I liked has died... they better not kill off Rock Lee or I will unleash hell.

I am very sad

i think it was cooll. but i nearly cried when asuma died.
