1-2: Rock Lee would just about stay at first place, only he never get's to proove himself. Wich is why Shikamaru became just a little more interesting.
3: Hinata That's Right. Most of Neji's powers and an awsome personality. Ah, hopeless loves are the most touching to fight for.
4: Chouji For the way he stood up for his best friend. Hope to see some more of that.
Not really sure who deserves to be number 5, I'll say this much: Tenten's ability should be a lot more acknowledged. I mean aren't shinoby supposed to perform sneak attacks? Well good aiming could kill without having to risk approching the enemy.
