There, you violence nuts, you got to see a lot of violence this week. Hundreds of bees were killed for your amusement. One was even eaten by a lizard! Then the lizard was (presumably) eaten by a hawk! You can't get more violent than that.
Speaking of bees, why did Kabuto freak out when the bees came at him? I wonder if he's allergic.
More importantly, and I think this question really needs to be answered, is who the hell builds these massive complexes for Orochimaru? Seriously, the whole complex is massive, has tons of empty rooms, and yet the whole damn thing is done in neat spiral etching. Floors, walls, and ceilings are all neatly etched with the same spirals. It's a professional job, no doubt.
Did Oro hire a ton of workers to build these cavernous places, complete with vaulted, columned rooms, or does he have a 'Secret lair Jutsu' that he uses every time he needs a new hideout?

I think Orochimaru got his army of snakes to do that and other hideout complexes. All the spirals in the floors, walls, and ceilings are proof of that snakes were moving around forming everything. And I do think Kabuto is allergic to bee stings. Why did he freak out if he wasn't. Did you see the look in Kabuto's face when he saw the first bee. Now that I look at it again there not bees there
wasps. But just the same if I had the ability to jump yards away from them I would instead of fighting every last one & risk being stung by one, wouldn't you?
If that where me and I was allergic this would have been me

running the other way!

Naruto just changed Sai, like he does so many time with other people, he should just be a therapist.
Sai cheated on the game show.
Maybe in a few weeks (or months) we get to see what happens when Sasuke do with that sword he has on Naruto's neck.
Who would of thought Kabuto don't like wasps.
Poor wasp it was eaten by the lizard

.
Well at least this episode was better than last week.

*sigh* Sadly the most interesting part of the episode was the lizard eating the bee and then being carried off by the hawk...

I didnt think that this episode was all that violent, though it was decent, a lot better than the previous ep. It was interesting to see that Naruto can now do the rasengan with two clones.

so... the most entertaining part was the one with the bees!!!

I really hoped we were goin' to see Naruto and Sasuke finally facing each other, but... instead we saw Orochimaru's "mansion"! xD
all in all, the episode wasn't that bad ...

--edit--
next episode: "The picture book's story"

I dunno 'bout you, but it doesn't sound interesting to me...
we're waiting for Naruto vs Sasuke but we get the story of Sai's picture book xD

I'm annoyed by the fact that I've been having a rough time staying logged on, as if every time I try to open a new window, especially the download page, I end up getting asked to log in over and over again... =P Sorry if it had nothing to do with the actual episode, but it's because of that, that I can't talk about it...

Ah, but that would give a weakness away that could be exploited, which is the last thing he needs when he's outnumbered 3 to 2, or should I say 4 to 1?

Overall it was a pretty good episode, finally got so see some fighting and how Naruto has at least increased some of his ninja skills. If I were any of them i would just break Kabuto's Glasses, I mean c'mon he'd be pretty much blind for a short time. I'm just ready to see Naruto and Sasuke meet. I'm most curious about how Sasuke is able to suppress the Demon Fox in Naruto, That's going to be interesting to see.

it was an ok episode... but i agree that the most interesting thing to me was that naruto now has the ability to have his clones do the rasengan and he doesn't need to be part of it.... he has definately gotten better.. but still the clones got destroyed so easily....lol

The episode itself was not too bad... However I still feel that the anime is going TOO slowly...... if it keeps up at this speed it will take 5 years for it to catch up to the manga at this point. (might have over exaggerated a bit, just a little).

All in all it was a nice episode. Sai turned out to be a big big traitor (towards Kenzo) and he has shown a soft side. There was some action, though it was short-lived. Beed were masacred in hundreds (yeah the carnage). And they clearly made us want to see the next one.
As far the lair goes - maybe they use some kristals like tokra in stargate to grow them as they see fit.

i think they think we're stupid, seriously what is up with the flash backs? jeez, how can we forget something that just happened 2 minutes ago? WTF. Still i think Naruto's speech was interesting, and Kabuto has improved a lot, sadly naruto still naruto, rasengan with clones... it'd be good if they don't get kill so easily.

I was happy to see a clone actually wielding the Rasengan too. At least Naruto has improved that much, but it seems he has forgotten his first fight with Kabuto which was the reason he invented the technique of using a clone to make the Rasengan in the first place! Remember, he was able to generate it without a clone by using both hands, but he started using a clone because he had to use one hand to hold onto Kabuto to keep him from dodging the attack.
In this latest fight, he forgot to immobilize Kabuto first, and Kabuto dodged and countered just like he did 3 years ago...although his reaction to the bees was definitely weird. Allergic is my guess...
