Well i thought id make a HunterxHunter discussion thread since the manga is back in production.
does anyone know where to get the new chapter 261?

i thought the author stopped writing hunterxhunter until naruto finishes?

i didn't read chimera arc, coz of poor reviews. but if its back in production, i guess i have some reading to catch up...

Why until Naruto finishes, its not the same mangaka. And yes, its official, he has started back up with it. He was sick or something before so that was the whole problem. I should start reading this manga, cause I absolutely loved the anime.

and yea the anime ended after the Greed Island Arc, but supposedly there was going to be a continued ova for the chimera arc but it was put on hold maybe bec the manga wasnt consistent in being published.. i have all the Chimera Ant Story Arc if anybody wants well from the beggining till the last one released

Hm, its only alloted for 10 weeks then? Does this mean they are going to wrap things up and eventually come to a close? Such a shame, I havent read that far yet (saw anime up to Greed Island), but it just sounds like wasted potential if they really are going to end it so quick. After becoming a Hunter, the story possibilities could be endless, although I guess it has to end sometime.

It is being reported that the 14th issue of this year's Shonen Jump contains confirmation that Hunter x Hunter will resume on March 4th, 2008.

Hiatus means they stop the publishing the manga for some strange reason. Also it's now off of hiatus and it's getting good. Soo gogo read it.
