i found this anime IKKITOUSEN DRAGON DESTINY on some other website and i watched the first episode that was dubbed in english and i have to say... OMG lol.....most of the fighting that takes place involve girls with big tits and during the battles the girls loose their clothes. However it isn't a p*** because they do cover up some to prevent it from being a p*** cartoon.... if anyone knows where i can find more episodes in english i would love to know cuz it is very very very interesting lol........ if you want to check it out for yourself go to veoh.com and look up the title above and let me know what you think........
