I havent read any of the one-shots I have downloaded (one-shots are 1 volume manga), so the shortest one ive read was Akane-Chan Overdrive, which was only 2 volumes. If it went on longer it could have been better, but a bad waste of potential. I was also going to list Homunculus, as I originally thought it was only 2 volumes, but I found out just now that it actually has 9 and is currently ongoing. Which is definitely quite awesome because I was left a little bit confused at the end, but I guess the good stuff was just getting started. I guess I have some catch up to do. I was disappointed with the potential of this manga, but now that I know it wasnt over im quite happy. lol
Isnt Elfen Lied still ongoing? Meaning that it isnt a 12 volume manga? 12 volumes isnt a very short manga at all. There are so many 1 and 2 volume manga available that arent very popular. I recently found IRC and mangaupdates.com, so I have been opened to a whole new world of manga. So much better stuff than Naruto exists, at least for someone older anyways.

1.Cross Epoch
-the artist is really go to cross over onepiece and dragonball z togetter
it look like the maker of onepeice and the maker of DBZ colaborated together
and made it (it fooled me).
2. and my favorite B-Reaction
- it was very echhi and funny how he plans revenge on his opponent
P.S.
