If you made the first one smaller, I would like it a lot. This is not taking into consideration that you are new at this, I just really like it a lot. The second one too. Just remember one thing, text usually ruins a good piece of work. I havent even gotten down how to properly add text and make it look good and ive been doing this for a few months.

Keep at it and you will get better. Look around at other people's work and see what you like and dont like about it. Dont steal their ideas, but dont be afraid to use them. Your not reinventing the wheel here like some people think you have to do. I keep hearing recommendations to use tutorials, so I guess ill recommend it too. I dont use them, but you dont see my sigs being awed over.
