Well, even if that happens, their offspring child won't have both Bloodline Limit since Byakugan and Sharingan is of the same original trait. Sharingan comes from altered Byakugan, but since it seems Byakugan has the better traits and more original (natural), it looks like Byakugan will be passed down in the bloodline heritage instead of Sharingan. Thus eliminating any trace of Sharingan since Sharingan is an unnatural bloodline and not dominant.
But perhaps later on, certain jutsus that only Sharingan users can use can also be used by the bloodline heir, though it seems not likely. Unless he/she was mutated from birth...

Just remember this, all Hyuugas are born with Byakugan since its a must have bloodline and it is a very dominant trait, while all Uchihas must have experience life-threatening situation first, and if their feeling of fear and death is at the peak, they can obtain Sharingan, since it is not a natural Bloodline Limit and uses a lot of chakra.
Anyway, Sasuke+Hinata will never happen.God Himself forbids.
