I believe Suigetsu was only messing with her when he spoke of that, since Karin acts as Oro's trusted 'bodyguard/assistant' just like Kabuto, means she have access to prisoners/subject of experiments such as Sasuke.
Maybe what Suigetsu was 'suggesting' was that Karin 'molested' Sasuke while Sasuke was in experiment period to increase his strenght. And I believe that is all....
