that was a good episode kakashi looked scared when the old lady was runnin after him lool kohons white fang and that dragon that sucked gaara looked scary too lol

i have already read the manga but watching this episode makes it very exciting.... damn good!!!! i guess they made some changes with the unkown akatsuki who performed the sealing jutsu...his eyes was a lil different... anyway it doesnt matter!!! it was still so good...

team gai was also awesome...especially tenten...she's sexy with her white uniform....

sakura - the flat chested kunoichi...LOL....nice nice extras in the preview...LOL

ten-ten is carrying a big scroll for her weapons, sweat... i bet naruto will also carry a scroll that big in the coming ep's...

Oh yeah, I burst into laughter when Chiyo charged at Kakshi because she mistook him for his father. When the Akatsuki leader was shown, I almost got up to adjust my tv but stopped because I realised it was the computer. I had a little "What the hell?" moment for the techni-colour AL. I wondered why Deidara and Sasori weren't coloured as well. At first I thought they were the only ones we knew, but then I recognised Itachi and Kisame, plus Zetsu (but I don't think he appeared in the anime before, so I am not sure). I think the funniest part of the episode was the little clip at the end where Naruto said flat chest and slender Sakura was better because Tsunade was too big to move properly, LOL.

This episode is where Kakashi Gaiden would come in handy

All in all I really enjoyed this episode, but it's the build up that kills me. I'm not reading the manga so that I can be surprised by the episodes, so I'm hoping they'll send more teams and it'll be sort of a battle royale against the Akatsuki (really wishful thinking I know). Otherwise I would at least like an excuse to see the other two teams, although I'm glad they at least introduced Neji's team.

Oh yeah. I didn't think about that. There's the PERFECT opportuunity to put it in. I forgot the names of the episodes that are to be aired, but I don't think they're going to side-step to KG with Kankurou practically knocking at Death's door. Maybe if we're lucky we'll get a short flashback.

yeah it will be a perfect timing but the intensity of hunting down the akatsuki will decline....

The episode wasn't bad, but when I think of it - nothing really happend, we just saw team Gai and two old people who couldn't save Kankuro. I hate that part - "Yes, Gai sensei", I really really hate it. The best part was the announcement for next episode - Sakura looks much better with hair raised up For me, she has the prettiest face

That dragon tecnique wasn't bad. When I looked at the A leader, maybe it isn't the Fourth after all - but then it is some new guy.

first i didin't like the looks of akatsuki members, but now that i think of it, it really is good, 'cos totally black would be just boring. and i don't understand why they didn't show itachi, kisame and zetsu in "their real colours", 'cos we already knew they belong in the akatsuki. but maybe it has it's reasons.. ^^

yup, kakashi gaiden is needed now, but maybe it will be on the next ep. eventhough i hope it doesn't last the whole ep then.. i really can't understand how these episodes makes me want to see more and more, eventhough i know what's going to happen ! and i really liked that this episode came already and not in the next week. ^__^

Because they were holograms and I guess hologram jutsus haven't been perfected yet. Also, it would lead to a plothole.

The episode was awesome, but I would’ve liked some more action and story...I can’t wait for the next one!!! The episode had some funny moments, the best one being at the end, when Tsunade and Sakura punched Naruto...lol. And I can truly understand Kakashi. Just imagine an old hag like that suddenly coming right at you...it would have given me the chills...
The Phantom dragon’s nine seals...what if the leader of the Akatsuki really is the Forth. (Didn’t believe the rumours)...but that can’t be possible because of the sealing of the NTF. The jutsu basically kills you when you seal the soul of an enemy inside you (like the Third did). But then the Fourth sealed the NTF inside Naruto...which means that he can be alive...hmm...Although it didn’t look much like the Fourth...

Bleh, I just read the manga up to 340 (the temptation was too much), [spoiler]I know this could bring on some flaming but I'm actually hoping for some filler with team 8 in it now. [/spoiler]. I have to say that right now I'm kind of disappointed.

I still say its good to see all that you have read....kakashi looked so funny when the old lady was running towards him. I cant wait till the next epp. I hope it has more action tho

Nice episode and pretty funny but i am a little disappointed cos 10 episodes have gone and still there hasnt been a real nice fight like the one that was between team 7 and zabuxa.

Actually if I remember correctly he was supposed to use it in the Kakashi vsNaruSaku fight, but instead he transforms a clone

It was a cool episode mostly because of the akatsuki and the awaited one sided battle with Kankuro.

You can say that the only interesting thing that happened was the fact that Naruto told Sakura that he has the NTF sealed within him...

i think the manga only showed an eye of the leader of akatsuki, so speculations were... he was the former team mate of kakashi. but the anime showed both his eyes, and i think they're not similar to the sharingan of itachi, so this i guess he's not obito.

but the idea of zetsu as a hyuga was strengthen when the akatsuki leader told him to be on the lookout for the farthest that he could see. i wish neji could learn some elements and had a fight with this zetsu...

Why do you say that? She has good reason to not be friendly toward Konoha given that they were at war for a while. War changes a person, so it is understandable. And techinically, aren't they all of the same race?

I it was a really goog episode. It was a really good buildup for the next few episodes. I also think grandmother isn't a kitty to grap without handgloufs on (did I spell this right?).

i wonder wat kind of relationship that old granny had with kakashi, she seemed angry when she first saw him enter the room.

this episode was great and its a great follow up for the next upcoming episodes

i got a prediction tho...The leader of akatsuki is probably a Child Prodigy who grew up and is uber-evil

She doesnt knw Kakashi...she called him the White Fang[thats kakshi's dad] they must look alike so she got them confused.

Hey, welcome to NC! Chiyo obviously has some problem with Kakashi's father, not to mention Konoha in general, and because she mistakenly identified Kakashi as White Fang, she's got a problem with him. Gaiden is great, you should read that bit.

Well, that wasn't truly a spoiler. Chiyo wanted to see her grandson, she was angry to realise that Sasori was an Akatsuki member, and she felt helpless with Kankurou....that Sakura joins her well, I guess that's the spoiler part. BTW Dattebayo has new new episode up.

In EP 231[shippuuden 11] Chiyo says she wants 2 defeat The White Fang 2 avenge her son. This means Kakashi's Dad Killed Sasori's Dad.
