So what would you say is the cup half-empty or half-full
Since I'm both I guess I'll say I'm in the middle.

not really its a philisophical question (like if a tree falls in the wood with noone around does it make a sound, or what does a one handed man sound like when clapping, cept there both meditation aids if you give your mind a contradiction and let it think about it by concentrating on the question it can fill your mind then when u'v though about it for a few seconds you reach a impass -ur brain dosnt have an anwser but isnt actively thinking about it anymore- so it clears ur mind) the 1/2 full or empty's more just to see if you'r a pessimist (some1 who veiws things negitively) or a optomist (one who hopes for the best)
as for me depends on how tired i am at the mo its compleatly empty coz im facedown on my bed not careing =.= sooo tired

the key word in the statement is half
whenever you have halves you are obviously assuming that A glass is composed of both halves...
so in order for you to have a half empty glass you MUST also have the other half full..otherwise it would not make any sense...
So I say BOTH...one cannot exist without the other....
ying yang, good and evil, opposites exist due to dependency otherwise there are no reference points...and everything becomes much complex....
All in all.....BOTH.....
in the pessimist/optimist approach I'm optimist..(except probably sunday nights)

Well... I take it that you mean a half-empty and half-full glass, which, relfects how one sees the world and life in general. I see the glass as half-empty SO that I will never rest on my laurels and lax behind others. Life that is viewed through a half-full glass gives one over hopeful ideas.
