In order to obtain a high position then you must win one contest. (Why? I have no clue who to pick plus I'm not very good at things like these.) Contest #1: Create an awesome banner for the fan club. (Obviously it has to be naruhina. You might have to change it to fit the new name.)

Contest #2: Get as many members as possible to join. (Who ever reqruits the most wins)

Contest #3: Make 5 amazing naruhina avatars.

Contest #4: A naruhina fanfic contest. It must be complete and at least a thousand words. IT MUST BE YOURS DON'T TRY TO COPY SOMEONE ELSE'S! If I find out that anyone copies he or she will be eliminated from the other contests.
