Chunin Exam
like the mods will be able to decide who becomes with giving them 3 tasks
task 1= have them find a post u made on a topic and give them a time limit
and the ones that complete move on to the next task. Task 2 = a naruto trivia test of 10 questions and you must have an 8/10 score to pass. Task 3 = after task 2 if there is a lot of people narrow it down to 16 via mods by them deciding who deserves it and is a good user ect. Third round is a battle round. each of the 16 remaining will be paired into groups of 2 and will be given a match ex. naruto vs. shino they each hav to argue and state there point about who they thing will win. Its a tournament style with the 16 remaining contestants. Also it doesnt matter if you win or lose if you make it to the top 16 u still have a chance to become a chunin because the mods choose. Its better to win because ur able to show off more of ur skills. Also the contest will be once a month and will last 1-2 weeks. Each task has a time limit like you have 2 days to do this task. There should be a 1day break between rounds.

Villages
have people join villages for example leaf,sand,sound,mist,cloud.
Have everybody pick one of the 5 villages to join. It just adds like forum wars and have the kage of there village help choose who goes to the chunin exam. Also within the the village 5 jonin will act as the ninja council who can also decide to pass the position to another jonin if the hokages is doing anything wrong. and the term for a hokage is 6 months max. Another job of the ninja council and the kage is to promote a chunin to jonin. The chunin can send a message to a mod,kage of there village,ninja council member to promote them to jonin. It is the person they send there message to's desicion to promote them to jonin.There also should be a mod in each ninja council per village.
To promote them there should some kind of system so that the kage knows who becomes jonin and sends it to somebody who will make sure there icon says there jonin.

Anbu Black Ops
There should be an Anbu sprite/icon thingy. Become an anbu is like becoming a jonin but an anbu black op can be a jonin or chunin. And there should only be 10 in each village and given to only the best. When your Anbu you get an anbu sprite. And it says anbu jonin or anbu chunin. The anbu work as undercover mods who are not mods but mod assistants who can message a mod and tell them what happened on which board ect.

I think that would be to much for them to handle and most of them dont come on alot or anymore really ... but it seems like a good idea i've seen that stuff on other sites (Naruto sites)

Agreed here, it would take a while to set everything up. Leveling by posting is easier

ya i kinda like being from akatsuki headquarters too not from a village....

That would be cool but it seems to be to much for the mods!!!! Besides they don't come on alot anymore
