Why there no ativing account e-mail after my cousin restiger?
. . . . . . there are activating e-mails? . . . it's been too long

3)Wait at least a couple of minutes after completion for acceptance

yes he refesh the page over and over still no e-mail
. . . . . maybe make a new account, check the email (2 million times), make sure all the info,. is correct

The password and User is not sent to the email, so if he forgot either, than he is screwed for that user, password, and email account.
Yup he's gonna need a new:
1)Username
2)Password
3)Email account
