Can someone help me with my problem?
The problem started after I got disconnected from the internet, then when I tried connecting again an error appeared that there was no dial tone (I am using dial-up). I checked the modem in the Device Manager and clicked the troubleshoot button. Then it displayed that there may be COM Ports that are disabled, I followed the instructions but even before I was finished I had problems finding the "Ports (COM & LPT)" tab in the Device Manager. How do I restore the "Ports (COM & LPT)" tab? Thanks in advance.
