ive been watching hunter x hunter and noticed that on youtube they have hunter x hunter greed island and final exam and stuff like that and i know the manga is on going so r they release ova's as the mangas r coming out or what? was just wondering before i decide to apply my time towards watching the full seris..

HxH is great! Watch it, but there is one more arc in the manga that is not in the anime called the Chimera Ant Arc. It makes sense that you'd need the manga before they make the anime, but the manga is on hold too. HOwever, the anime does have a good ending, so go ahead and watch the series.

I just finished watching the main series and i would highly reccomend this anime to ANYONE who likes action or adventure animes. You should definately watch the entire series.

well ive full completed watching hunter x hunter and it is definatly a very well put together anime i dont think its better than naruto and im yet to find a anime better than naruto but hunter x hunter rivals it only because of the nice storyline it has and the amount of action there very simular for a little ud almost they were made by the same person lol...... but on a side note does anyone know if in the last arch the chimera does kuroro get the chian taken off his heart that kurapica put on it i skimmed through it and didnt see anything but does anyone know for sure? i know its not a complete storyline its it was suppose to contiue but if it has parts were the leader fight hisoka id definately read it right now...

kuroro's chain was supposed to be taken out by the man they were finding in the greed island. that man's nen ability is like a "dis-spell" nen, completely removes nen curse from anyone without harming them.

im not sure but the manga wasnt able to continue since its writer is sick (up to now?) so we'll just have to wait and see what will happen. but i guess hisoka and kuroro will be given a fight in the manga, i would also love to see its outcome.

same hisoka is hella funny in the anime.. his voice alone is enough to make u laugh and how he always appears to be naked at the oddest times... hes really funny i hope he gets better soon but this is unbeliveable how da hell is any sick for this long.. =.=

Actually I heard that he dropped manga cause he was in to some RPG game, but hat is just a rumor.
And Chimera ants arc is a great disappointment to me. It has turned out to Gon and Kilua store and no mention of Hisoka, my all time favourite anime/manga character. And he is not funny, he is a psycho, and a dam good one.

I wouldn't say HxH's great - it's just another Shonen anime really, they're all the same and they're all enjoyable to watch.

Interesting thing about HxH is the few frames with amazing art they put in the manga - some of it is spectacular.

Either way it's nothing on Bleach.
