Can someone give me directions on how to add characters in M.U.G.E.N?

Ill help u, its a very simple process..just find a character on the internet, get some sorta program like winrar, if you are downloading from megaupload just enter in the big bold 3 letters at the top right, then it will say click here to download, after u click it you'll see a count down, after the countdown click on the thing again and save the file into your documents, or save it directly on your desktop...right click the saved file and use the "extract files" option, after u extract it put it in your character folder...heres the tricky part, go to the data folder and there should be a folder titled "EVEvolve" or something like that, just copy the contents of the folder and put it into your data folder, and u probably dont want to overwrite the previous system and select def files, so rename your old "select" and "system" files into something else, now u place the system and select from EVEvolve into your data folder, access the select file with notepad, then scroll down to about the middle of the file, it should say "MIDPOINT" now u replace a "randomselect" with the name of your downloaded character, make sure the name of the character's folder matches the def file inside the character's folder, after replacing the randomselect, save, exit, and try playing winmugen, if it doesnt work, try repeating the process

okay 1st extract file using a software that do so WINRAR or iZARC i highly recomend izarc since its portable anyways one extracted right click t=foler then cut then paste in charcs section of mugen then after that go to data find the select.def file go below it until it says put characs here then type in the folers name and pur the order you want the chrac to be
