hang a second full metal alchemist manga continues but the anime series is over it had its moment and, more importantly, i thought it was over xD

Well i'm not sure whats happening but i do know that although in bothe the anime and manga their goals are the same the "Laws of Alchemy" are different.
For instance in the anime the homuculi were created whenever a failed human transmutation is performed. So far it seems that there is no successful transmutation on a dead person and they only end up bringing to life a homuculi looking like the personthey wanted to revive but with partial memories only.Plus there were 2 homuculi that didn't exist in the manga, they are sloth and wrath(Trisha Eleric and Izumi's child).Also Pride was the Furuher and possesed the ability to age but still maintained his regenerative abilities.And Greed is killed by Ed when he was supposed to have been killed by the Furher in the manga,Tucker lived much longer than he was supposed to and Kimberly AKA the Crimson alchemist betared the state just to blow people up.It was Marcoh and Mustang who were responsible for the Rockbells death and Mustang never did figure out that Envy killed Huges or he would have personally "Bar-B-Q'd" him. Scar dies much too soon and though it is now known who gives the orders to the homuculi the person who taught alchemy to the people was never mentioned.
On that note in the manga the failed transmutation is just that a failed transmutation and it was Al that was in the thing that they created.The homuculi's identies are different: Wrath is the Furuher, Pride is unown at he moment but seems as if his rank is greater than Bradely in terms of loyality, "Envy Lust Greed and Gluttony"are the same and sloth is also unown at the moment.The way they die and are revived are also different: Greed is captured by Wrath and is killed by "Father" Ling becomes the new Greed, Bradely's only ability is the ultimate eye and cannot regenerate like the other homuculi, Envy's true form is some giant dog with like bodies on the outside and reacts VERY violently if he's(or she's I myself am unsure of his/her gender) called ugly.Gluttony is a "Fake Doors Of Truth", and Lust is killed by Mustang.The other characters like Scar, Kimberly, Basque Grand,(not sure of the spelling you know the guy who forced Tucker to make the stone during the Ishbal/Ishbar massacure and scar killed without breaking a sweat) Tucker, Winry and some new characters to the anime like: Ling Ran Fan "Old Man Foo" mei-chan, Armstrong's OLDER Sister and a few more.
Bottom line the Manga and Anime are veryyyy different though their goal is the same the laws of alchemy and their oppoents are very different so their results will also be different.
