I downloaded Sendspace...

no u go sendspace.com put ur file ina zip file or rar file by right clicking ur mouse and going to new and choose zip then in sendspace browse and find the file u want to upload

I have no idea....

You open a characters CNS file with notepad and change the number for x scale and y scale and it doesnt have to be a whole number it can be .1 , .2 , etc.
