ya the site he's on is "naruto.burke-works.com" then in the downloads. There is lots of chars. there but they r hard to find. and the site might not work cuz its not loading on my c/p. and there is no "www."
sephiroth is rigged as hell...
all i find naruto chars are chibi i don't know why

u cant find where 2 download? look at the top of the screen it says "downloads" and also look in "mugen developement" for more chars.

yea chibi's r da best all of my chars are chibi. xcept shukaku, cheep-chomp, chain chomp and killer whale. But I shrunk killer whale, cheep-chomp and chain chomp by half. and enlargened shukaku by half and metroid isnt chibi neither
