I think that would be a pretty cool addition! Have them arranged by member, or, Make it so you can use a "Search" for tunez U want throughout the uploaded files. Members can practicaly "SHARE" music!
And maybe a basic Media upload section too, running in a similar way.
It seems all NC currently has is Anime music. Also, try to make it so that we can upload differently formated files such as:


MP3, midi, real, wav, windows and realmedia.

NOTE: This would take quite a bit of web space..... I'd estemate prob... 1gig per member.
so I dont know if you could pull that off so easily.

1gb per member is ******* ridiculous, this site has 100,000 members.

Ofcourse, not everyone uses the site, but it could be potentially ridiculous.

Also, music sharing is illegal, as I'm sure you know, and we can't have NC teared down =/

Wait, wasnt it U who said some of the stuff with the manga was illigal? 1 gig is crazy I agree, but This new style of NC make's for a "Myspace" design, lets face it, 2 MB isnt gonna cut it. Wouldnt a Myspace audio setup be kinda cool?
Maybe allow us to upload say.... 5 song's, and make it so there is a copyright system that is embeded in the forum much like Myspace has.

So I'm trying to defend a forum where everyday people endanger everyday with posts asking for keygens and places to download stuff.

And then a guy that I trust starts spouting the same crap.

Yeah Manga's illegal too, but lucky for us the Japanese manga people can't be bothered to sue, while the music distributors are americans, and thus love nothing else more than sueing.

why are you people going at each other for something this useless as most members come here to down load manga only and they don't even bother to participate in the forums. But then again music, unless it's anime theme songs I don't think they would even allow it.

and if you really want this to be thought about *lotus* try and get a mod down here to see what you have to say.... or maybe it could be members with 1000+ or 500+ posts will get the 1gig of memory (if they want it) to upload music or whatever

Doing it by postcount and privatising who can see the music would be better.

That way you wouldn't have snoopy record companies coming to see what we have.

As for you idea, 1GB is huge, the idea of post counts is really good...but we already got a music centre, direct downloads to anime music.

Sharing music is just like P2P,just get a P2P programme. But, what we could do is stream music online while browsing NC and it should contain anime music apart from anything else. What about that???

A new section for people above a certain post count, which allows access to a special board, and access to host and share things like music and other files, aswell as a few other perks like special avatars/signatures/banners/sprites etc.

yea like i think if they are active more than others they should be rewarded ...
