excuse me whats a sig and how do u make them? please teach me step by step

a sig is a "signiture" that you see at the bottom of most posts
and i would also like to learn how to make one step by step

you can find nice tuts around the net for making sigs...
and the most useful program... IMO... is Photoshop...
well... I use Photoshop CS2 but the latest is Photoshop CS3...
and it's what most ppl use these days... ^^

@DannyL7773: you can add color balance by going to the menu bar..
Click LAYER > NEW LAYER ADJUSTMENTS > COLOR BALANCE
