Ok I saw a poll on the main page of the site awhile back and was wandering if there is any info leaning towards this fact that I missed... I mean I know anything is possible since we virtually know nothing of narutos family or even clan but was there like a big hint to this that I missed?
Yes he is its hard to spot but in one episode it hints he is.
Itachi says that he was looking for the 4th's legacy when he came in the first time. Take that into account, the fact that they look alike, and Naruto can do the Rasengan and frog summoning like him, I'd say there's a good chance they're related, whether it be father and son, uncle and nephew, etc.

thats not all true cuz jiraiya thought him and the frog thing jiraiya let him sign that paper thing so he can summon frogs but i still think he is related to naruto

Yeah i agree. I think it is his father.
well for me i think Naruto WAS the 4th hokage himself;reborn.He has no parents,no clans,an unknown past.Plus,his ninjutsu techniques is nearly as the same as the fourth,so this evidence makes my suggestion stronger 
i dunno,but this is how i think 
it would be cool if he really Was the 4th hokage,so the phrase "my dream is to be a hokage" is already fulfilled

hahaha funny.. but untrue.. the hokage sealed away the demon spirit in a boy named Naruto and then died.. so couldn't be..
he also wanted that the people of honoha treated Naruto as an hero.. if Naruto were him i don't see him like an man who would brag about himself.. and consider himself a hero..

-From all the children that Yondaime chose to seal the demon in, he chose Naruto.
-Both look alike
-According to Jiraiya, Naruto reminds him a lot of Yondaime

-No one in the show ever said, "Naruto's parents died during the attack of the Kyuubi". No ever said anything on how his parents died or what the hell happened to them.

i think you may be right he did pick naruto out of all the baby's and but why wouldn't nobody know that he was hokage son.
