Totally. Everyone thinks that being Gay is like a disease or something, when its totally natural. They all seem to think that Gay people had a choice in the matter. Idiots. And with them banning Gay Marrige, which is the stupidest thing I'e ever heard of, because this is America, meaning we have the right of Life, Liberty, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

If two homosexuals decide to get married, that's their prerogative, and we have no right to take away their pursuit of happiness.

Society seems to think that anyone different from them, should be persecuted. So far, its been Race, Religion, Sexuality, Gender, to name a few.

Wow, two excellent points have been made. If society would push it so far as hair colour and eye colour then well, it would have caused it's own demolishment. (I know, it's already heading that way but so far it hasn't demolished itself)

Have you ever gone to a concert you didn't really want to go to? Well, anyway, next time you do (if you ever do) you might notice a few things. When you're at a concert you want to be at, you probably act like an idiot just like everyone else, but when you're at a concert you don't want to be at, you start noticing that the people around you are acting like idiots. Well, I was taken to a concert (some local rock bands) last night by a friend of mine because I had nothing better to do. Wasn't exactly my type of music (too much rap and hip-hop influence), and this is what I noticed-

Okay, first off, if you've ever been to a fairly outgoing, hyper type of church, you'd notice that a lot of people will jump up and down, raise their hands, and occastional scream out something or other, and the church calls this "worship." Well, do I need to go any farther? I think I've made my point, that people act the same way at rock concerts. And we wonder why celebraties get drunk with power...anyway, just found it interesting, it kept fairly amused through out the night watching these four guys on the stage getting this crowd of people to eat out of their hands and do whatever they wanted them to...society is so brain washed, it's very entertaining though. Disagree if you wish, I'm just stating the facts. I'm also not saying that I wouldn't do the same thing if it was Depeche Mode, I'm just saying I find it amusing we give people that kinda power over us even if it seems harmless

I am tried of walking some where with my older sister and hearing people say "look it is the slut and the Bisexaul" everytime me and my sister hear that my sister is really hurt and so am I I hate being called a slut and a flirt and anorixe and Bi or Les or a guy I hate that but my sister has to deal with this everyday I am suprised she smiles so much my lil sister and my older sister have to pull me off of anyone that calls either of my sister s"that bi girl" so yeah and I think the Relgion thing started with Aldof Hitler I have a teacher that fails girls for being girls we can't change that and then I have friends that say stuff like "girls should be elarning how to cook not learning about school" I mean thye don't tyhink I am a girl or something but I am tried of all of Societys attacks on people

That is the very reason I'm glad that I'm stronger than 90% (maybe more) of the guys I know. If any of them said anything like that around me, I could prove them wrong. Not only that, the 10% of the guys who are stronger than me, if you put a video game controller in my hand, it doesn't matter. I'm so talented, and I love to beat the guys because...well, no offense to you boys out there, you have the tendancy to be so egotistical and when you're "beaten by a girl!" the humiliation you suffer brings me such pleasure.

good for you, that's a hard life (I just dropped it, couldn't take it anymore. People think being a Christian means you're weak, I'm telling you right now, it takes a stronger person than me). Anyway, I understand both views, and I have a very strong opinion on which side I take and can argue about it very nicely and really piss some people off but...I'm not going to because I don't like to create division and conflit...although i will give anyone my thoughts in a PM if they promise to hate me or tell anyone else what I said..other than that I try to avoid that topic and most topics I feel strongly about because...well, my idea's arn't exactly popular and I enjoy these forums too much to have everyone hate me

I find that most of the younger generations only have these opinions and views of sexuality and race, and gender, because of corrupted views from their Parents, or their religion. They were raised to beleive one way, instead of also seeing the other perspective, and forming their own opinion.

I agree with Kasu, one of the reason's I'm glad my parents aren't religious or anything, it gives me the freedom to choose what I want to believe without thinking that I just believe it because my parents believed it.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions here, although if someone hates you because of an opinion then that's just plain stupid. I mean they hold their own opinions, so why go hating someone because they think something different?

Wow, that's bad. I take it you're not an extremely strong person. If it was me (which it wouldn't be because I'm a girl, and I'd hope they at least have enough decency not to beat up a girl), I probably would have beat them all to a bloody pulp. If I had been there when it happened to you...I don't know if I'd beat them up, out of fear of embarrassing you (I've noticed guys don't like it when girls stand up for them), but if I was there and we were strictly "just friends" yeah...they would be dead or at least seriously injured. I can't stand people like that. Anyway, to solve your problem- how about you make her a card? Some girls (not all, but some) prefer cards that are made to those that are bought because it takes more thought and emotion to make a card.

Poor Danny. Don't worry, I can't talk to my crush about love either (as I've already told you). I don't work good when I'm operating from an emotional platform (my poetry is the only way I can express myself in that way usually unless it's already been established that there is an emotional connection and it is clearly accepted by both sides), I'm much better at approaching things logically. Wish I could give you some advice, but I if I knew how to talk about love and stuff, I might actually have plans this evening, lol.

I've noticed that most people who hate Valentine's day is because they don't have anyone to be with on Valentine's day. Anyway, don't worry about it Danny, I've got nothing to either. Probably just gonna hang out on line for half the day and then watch anime and play video games, unless someone calls me and asks me to hang out, but all my friends are working (except maybe Jerry, but he knows I like him so if I called him today it might be a bit awkward, so I'm not calling to find out) or have a boyfriend/girlfriend so probably aren't free tonight.

Yep, today is going to spent lounging around the house all day for me. I keep hoping someone will call me.......but, the odds of that happening are nil.

i know exactly what your going through danny, when i was growing up i was always getting beat up by families and people on the streets cause i didnt know how to fight, was a weini, and because my mom was somebody they didnt like. Twice a week i would be in the hospital, till i took matters into my own hand. I became stronger, much much stronger took up kapaweia and learned how to defend myself. But i didnt go after them like they did me, i just waited for them to attack me. This is the only way to survive society like that, fighting is the only way people dont listen to words or compromise anymore its sad really. O and kapaweia is a fighting style, hmmm you know of tekken that girl that uses break dancing as a fighting a style well it is an actual fighting style called kapaweia, mostly popular in brazil. So i know how to fight and dance
