well if you have allot of codecs you can use replay converter that converts only .flv to alots of other formats

i have hacked version if you want i'll upload it on one of those upload sites

I also use Total Video Converter, IMO, its the BEST converter since it has options to convert to tons of formats

I came across this website yesterday. If you using websites like youtube, metacafe, veoh, etc. then this website will be of GREAT help. It converts the youtube, etc. video to an Avi, MP4, or other formats ONLINE!
