Basicall i dont get the tenketsu. What I think is that why they are pressed the chakra that is flowing through you at the moment stops. And that you need to release that chakra to use a jutsu for example

chakra being sent to your mouth after the hand seal to use Fire Element,
or
chakra going to hand for chidori.

But im not sure.Also when naruto was trying to call out the demon in his fight with neji, neji says "What?! His Chakra its oozing out!!". I mean whats with that?? What is it oozing out of?

Is chakra destryed after being blocked or what?
Where does chakra go after its blocked?

Think of it as energy, that comes out of you, you can block it, but Naruto had another source, the Kyuubi.

The Kyuubi's chakra "oozed out" of him, but presumably not from the Tenketsu.

The episode with the qualifying fights in the chunnin exam explain it. It's the episode that Neji fights in, I believe.

When naruto chakra got bloked the kyuubi lended naruto some of his and oozing i guess it ment that their was so much of it and it was coming out of everywhere

Your own personal chakra can only be released through Tenketsu.

With the Kyuubi's chakra, either it was so powerful that it forced open the Tenketsu, or maybe healed the injuries to them (Kyuubi enhances Naruto's healing) or possibly, it was 'oozing' directly from the seal in his stomach. Similar to how you see the DG's hand come from 3rd's.
