i found this website really useful and i hope it can be useful to you guys.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/it has cheats and walkthrough for almost every game there was made and also tell you what game coming out in what area, which is really useful.

theres also one called cheatstation and 1 called cheatplanet but none of them are as good as that

gamefaqs is far the best walkthrough and cheats guide out there, i have a lvl 31 account on the site.

I go to ign.com and gamewinners.com. I don't really know any others. I guess you could also try the Tips&Tricks site if they have one.
