does anybody know anything about this village
Well, I never heard of it..Sorry.. 
There was the part in Neji's flashback where he talked about a shinobi who tried to kidnap Hinata back when she was 3, and Hiashi killed him. as such, to avoid war, Hiashi was to be sacrificed, and Hizashi went in his brother's place. I don't remember if it was Cloud or another village that the dead shinobi was from.

Basicly what Roushutsu said, and supposedly their ninja really fast and have quick reactions like lighting *shrugs* I dunno if that's right but I heard that somewhere.

They were from the rock village.
k. i couldn't remember where the guy was from. he's dead anyway, so its not like he can do anything productive now
Yeah I am really curious about the Cloud Village...no info on the people from it, it seems.
I wonder if their strong or not.

Is the Village hidden in the Clouds the same as the Lightning Ninjas?

I believe that there is a Cloud Village, but it's in the Thunder Country. The Cloud village is it's capital, like Konoha is the capital of Fire Country.

No, they were from the Villge Hidden in the Cloud(Lightning Village).
Well I know of two ninja from there my main man killerbee who has the 8 tail in him. The other is Yuugito Nii she has the 2 tail in her. Actually they are in the manga as for the anime it has only shown Yuugito Nii so far.
