The question is whether or not Assassins can use daggers/katars.

ill say bandits. becuz i had one lvl 48 or 49=] it is stronger than sins cuz my friend gots one. but they both are good and bad i just liek bandits better becuz of SB

Assassins require major.. i mean MAJOR funding. But if you do have that meso then id say go for sins. They are easier and faster to train than bandits. Im not saying you cant play a sin even without decent funding, but you wont have enough to keep up with a good wg, stars, and claw. Bandits are fun to play too once you have dagger mastery and sb maxed and require less meso. So far my lvl 48 sin and my friends lvl 49 bandit. I just dont like to have to walk up to what i want to kill. So my final vote is for sin. Oh and no assassins cannot use daggers/katars.

Bandits are better after level 50+, but before sins r!

Basically depends on how long you plan on playing for and ur funding.

A decent sin requires quite a bit of cash...at least 2 Mil way back when I started....probably more now.

Bandits are good for the long run...as in level 50+

in 3rd job, bandits definitely are better, no doubt about it.

However, assassins are just my personal preference

I used to play this game but i was i cleric when i ended.

I also used to play MS but I was a Dragon Knight.. so much better than theives!!
