basically I came up with it off my head
the person who replied with the least time between posts is the winner until someone else beats it
1.^ person w/ least elapsed time between him/herself and the previous poster takes the lead
2. (NEW!)once the time becomes 0min elapsed it's impossible to prove how many seconds, and so it becomes you must type out AT LEAST 17, 3+ letter words that make sense together.
