I assume that you mean how to put an avatar under your name (like how I have a FMA one currently?)
Go to MY CONTROLS (To the right of Logged in as: dark stalker)

To the left of the screen, there'll be a MENU bar, and you'll see a few headings, one of which is PERSONAL PROFILE. Under it, there is an option, EDIT AVATAR SETTINGS. Click that.

And there you go. choose an avatar (under 150x150 in size) and Have fun.

Yeah, that happens after a while i guess, if i remember correctly, it was a bunch of neat borders that could be placed around a picture, not sure though
