I've noticed that on every member's side bar thingy, there's this question, 'Who's your favourite character?'
I want to answer that question, but where to I type it in? I can't seem to find it on my editing profile thingy...

I think that is filled when you register, and you won't be able to change it. ^^ What happened to yours is that you must have left the field blank. It doesn't appear in the edit profile.
